4   The Production Management and Productivity:

The department personnel are divided the work according to the post , which is a perfect working procedure from raw material to the supplementary material, Product quality control ,delivery time, warehousing and so on. Various functional departments take their responsibilities. The workshop is spaciously bright, and neat We make every effort to achieve customer satisfaction. H-PAK has two types of the production equipments - - round turbine, plate mangle. We produce the 8mm-88mm carrier tape in width ourselves. The monthly output reaches 2,500,000M

 

5  Research & Design Ability

We have several senior engineers who have been engaging in this industrial for several years .They are good at designing and developing. we company lies in a leading position  from the products development ,design to samples' making .we can design carrier tapes from 8mm-88mm wide by ourselves  coordinating with clients' different requirements .

 

6  Facilities

H-PAK facilities :YS-0812 round turbine that is mainly produces carrier tape with size from 8mm-12mm .It is a high technological equipment in the world, which can be easily controlled and having high automation , so that the output is in good quality. A operator can run three to five machines .YH1288 plate mangle , its machine design more advanced ,which make it simplify, and has strong compatibility. This kind of machine is suitable for our easterners .Measuring facilities :optical projector,peel off pull testing instrument,surface resistance testing instrument,full examine set and so on ,all passed the test by national technology supervision department .

7  Quality Management

Based on it, we will have a solid cooperation with our clients. Meanwhile, we will make progress with you. We have obtained the ISO-9001 international quality system and have been carrying out it. 8  Human Resources

H-PAK emphasizes on the basic essence of the staff .we have a perfect of human resources management system. There are 7 having college degree and 12 having intermediate specialists among them .Others are above high and middle school level .Their average age is about 25 years old .In H-PAK , the staff work here pleasantly and securely. we arrange over three times interactive activities for the staff every year .we also arrange post trainings ,company management culture training, legal system trainings on purpose . H-PAK obeys the medical treatment and welfare according to Chinese laws . H-PAK is a group with full vitality , strong solidarity ,high level, and perfect management.
